Okay, today, we're starting off the second half of my Bodyweight HIIT at Home Fitplan! As you continue to gain strength and power, we're going to keep on ratcheting up the intensity so that you don't plateau or just get bored. As we work on longer working intervals and shorter intervals for rests, I really want you to focus on steady and controlled breathing, which is what, in turn, will help deliver oxygen to your body more efficiently as fuel. Now get out there and dominate!
