You're doing amazing work out there. Let's keep those goals in mind and stay motivated as we keep on pushing it. For today's routine, we're going to be doing a bunch of compound moves, which is a great way to work more than one muscle group in one movement, actively resting one group as you perform the portion of the move that works the other. Specifically for today, we'll be doing are prisoner squats to good mornings, push ups to shoulder taps, crunches to alternating toe taps, 4 climbers 1 froggers, and alternating reverse lunges to kicks. Don't forget to check in on form using the videos before you rock it!
