Great job so far! Here we are already on Week 2, and it's going to be a great week! Today we are doing just seven moves in two circuits, but if you work it hard, I assure it's going to be highly effective. For legs, we have both prisoner squats and squats to squat jumps, as well as jogging in place, while for core, it's going to be inchworms to push ups, plank bottle taps, high planks with leg lifts, and side-to-side oblique crunches. Stay in the zone, and give it your all today!
