Way to go! You're already on our last workout of Week 1! You've been doing a great job so far. Today, I want you to push it even harder. Today's routine is going to increment our number of moves per circuit as we progress, so the first one has three, the second four, and the third five. Get ready to feel those abs on fire, as we're going to work them hard. Then take then next couple of days to rest, being sure to get plenty of solid nutrition and to stay hydrated!
