Welcome to Day 1 of my Bodyweight HIIT at Home Fitplan! I hope you're feeling motivated and that you're excited to get started. We're kicking things off with three HIIT circuits containing four exercises each. We're going to be firing up every muscle you've got using a combination of plank variations, mountain climbers, lunges, squat jumps, and crunches. Make sure to focus on good form, using the demo videos to guide you. Now let's get to work!
