Bodyweight HIIT at Home (Hands-Free)

No Equipment Needed I know how frustrating it can be to really want to work on your strength, physique, and mobility but to not have any access to a gym. The good news is that being stuck at home in no way means you can't do some serious workouts right from the comfort and privacy of your own space! And that's exactly what I had in mind when I designed my Bodyweight HIIT at Home Fitplan. The basis of our workouts, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), is one of the most effective forms of exercise, alternating high-octane anaerobic exercise with less intense active recovery for maximum gains in minimal time. And keeping in mind that this Fitplan is made for use outside the gym, I've made sure that the only ""equipment"" you'll need here is your own bodyweight! We're going to be working out just three intense days a week for the next six weeks, mixing HIIT with Tababta routines as well as ab finishers to help focus on developing a strong, lean, chiselled core. I've made sure to provide you with a broad variety of moves from workout to workout and week to week so that you alway feel challenged and so that your workouts stay interesting and motivating. I've also designed this Fitplan to be hands-free, meaning you can really get into the zone by setting your workout to auto-play and just following along with me as I guide you step-by-step, with no need to interrupt your flow by fussing with your phone. Over the next month and a half, I aim to share all the expert knowledge I've gained through my career as a pro trainer, and to provide you with the motivation and encouragement you need to stay committed to your goals. If you stick with me, I guarantee you'll see some amazing changes in yourself, both inside and out. After all, this isn't merely about improving the package but the contents, as well. Just as you grow strength and improve your physique, we are also going to be building up your inner confidence and determination, too. It's up to you to put in the work and give me 100%, and I will provide you with the road map you need, step by step, to achieve success in your fitness goals.
