OK, we are back at it and ready for another great week of hard week. Today's workout will repeat what we did last week, but don't look at it as a reason to be bored. Rather, I want you to use this to check in on your form, and to see if you can't up the resistance. Remember, our goal is to feel tired after completing a set, so if you get through all the reps with ease, move up to the next level of resistance.
