Alright, you are at the halfway mark! Today is our last day of Week 3 and therefore of Phase 1. Next week we will be adding in resistance bands to take our game to the next level. But for today, I want you to focus on absolutely perfect form, as you have seen all these moves before and should be ready to master them. Then, rest up and come back fresh next week for Phase 2!
