Great job so far. We are back at it with a Bodyweight Max day, where our goal is to keep that intensity soaring throughout the workout. I don't want you to drop any reps, but if you do feel you need to, make small adjustments, such as squatting a little shallower, so you can still give me the full count. On the other hand, if you feel up for it, go ahead and challenge yourself by extending your range of motion.
