Alright, we are closing out Week 1 today! Remember that your warmup and cool down are key to ensuring good results, so don't skip these! Take the next two days of rest to take stock of your nutrition, as good eating habits in terms of content, amount, and frequency are just as important as the work we are doing here. If it shouldn't be in your cabinet, get it out of there! And if it's missing from your cabinet, go out and get it!
