Fitness is one of the basic building blocks of any healthy life. My six-week Fitplan is designed to get you into gear with your fitness goals so you can live your best life. As a triathlete and founder of my own fitness nutrition brand, and someone who is always finding myself working out on the go, I have gleaned a lot of wisdom over the years in terms of highly effective workouts even when you don't have the time, resources, or inclination to work out in a gym. My Fitplan is designed with the busy modern lifestyle in mind and aims to enable you to get maximum results out of your exercise with minimal equipment and time. We will be utilizing our own body weight and resistance bands to work on functional moves that you can do where ever you may happen to be. Apart from helping you work out from home or on the go without having to skip a routine because you can't get to the gym, the movements we will be working on have the added benefit of strengthening you for your day to day activities. We will be exercising three times per week, 30 minutes per workout, with each workout a different format to develop different forms of strength and endurance. The routines will mix strength sets with super sets to keep things interesting, varied, and challenging. We will be working through two phases of three weeks each in order to enable you to adapt physically and mentally to the demands of my Fitplan, without risking injury. If you give me your best effort, you will see clear gains in strength and endurance, as we will be building lean muscle while conditioning our cardiovascular system and working on efficiency and fluidity of movement. All of this will translate into feeling better, looking better, and having better performance in every movement of your day-to-day activities. So put your best foot forward and give me everything you've got. Remember, I designed this Fitplan to work for you even if you can't or don't want to hit the gym, and even if your schedule does not allow you a whole lot of time to exercise. However, in order to reap the benefits from my plan, you need to be 100% in the zone when we get to work, from start to finish. I am living proof that when you stick to your goals and give them the effort they deserve, the payback is immense. Now let's get out there and build some serious strength!
