Congratulations, you've made it to the end of week 3! Nothing worthwhile ever came easily, so know that the harder you push yourself through this program, the bigger the pay off at the end. We've got a couple of moves today that you've seen previously, such as the Push Up Burpee. I want you to build upon your progress so far in this program by really challenging yourself with the intensity as you move through these exercises while still maintaining proper form. You've got a weekend to recover after today so let's give it all you've got!
