You've made it to the end of week 2! I want you to take a moment to acknowledge yourself for committing to your health. I know this program isn't easy, but when you're putting in the work with your body, everything else in life starts to feel easier as you gain strength, confidence, and energy. Your hard work here is 100% worth the effort, I promise you!
