Welcome to week two of the Bodyweight Burner program! I hope you enjoyed your rest time, while eating and hydrating well so you can start this week off with a bang! I've added some new multijoint moves in the mix for today which will increase the fat burning potential while challenging your entire body and core throughout the workout. Remember to keep your core strong through every exercise, especially on any single limb moves such as the One Leg Up Push Up and the Plank with Single Arm Raise. Let's get to it!
