Alright guys, welcome to the third workout of the week! Same format, new exercises. After warming up the body, we'll go through a full body circuit, focusing today on building a strong foundation through the legs and core. You’re starting to build momentum as you progress through this plan, and I know you already feel better. You may feel a little but sore, but that’s okay! It’s all a part of the journey.
