Way to go! You have made it to the close of Week 4, and we are closing out strong. We have a lot of plank moves again today, so I want you to concentrate on using the front abs to prevent any sagging, squeezing your glutes and drawing your belly button up toward your spine to lock into position. We also want the shoulders and elbows stacked to avoid our butt rising up into the air. No doubt that planks are among the toughest moves to perfect, but you have totally got this!
