We are just a few more workouts away from finishing my Bodyweight Burner Max Fitplan, and I know how hard you have been working. It is inevitable to have off days every now and then - we all do. Just keep in mind that exercise is the best medicine for the blues, so instead of skipping a workout when you are feeling a drop in motivation, think of the workout as a way to up your energy levels and get back on track. Give me all you've got out there - it is totally worth it!
