Welcome to my 30-day Bodyweight Burner MAX Fitplan. As someone who is constantly on the run, I know how important it is to be able to work out even if you don't have access to a gym or lots of equipment handy. As I often work out on the go, I have developed this Fitplan based on my many years of experience with routines based solely on bodyweight moves. Done right, there is absolutely no reason you can't see serious gains in strength, mobility, flexibility and size using just your own body weight as resistance. Whether you don't have a gym nearby, don't have time to make it to one, prefer working out from the privacy and comfort of your home, or are simply looking for supplementary workouts to gym routines, this plan will give you the chance to see just how much you can get out of pure bodyweight training. Trust me, once you start, you will realize that these moves, far from being easy, are both challenging and highly effective. We will be training four days per week in a combination of different routines, including full body workouts, dedicated lower body and ab workouts, and even HIIT (high intensity interval training). We will work on core and general strength and stability, cardiovascular health, and coordination as well through a series of custom-tailored routines designed to get the maximum benefit out of each exercise and to target your entire body in a targeted and focused manner. My goal is to help you acquire a solid foundation of strength and mobility that will give the confidence and power to get through any challenge life may throw at you, knowing you are your best you. Remember that your results doing this or any other program are the direct extension of your level of commitment, so state your goals clearly to yourself from the outset, and stay loyal to them. Whether you main objective is to slim down, tone up, or get more active, consistency is always going to be key to ensuring a successful outcome. So stay positive, envision the results you want, and work with me consistently to make them reality, one day at a time. I will be behind you every step of the way to guide you, give you pro tips and pointers on form and technique, and to help keep you motivated. Now, let's get to work.
