I have designed a 30 day, fat shedding bodyweight program that’ll fit your lifestyle no matter what you do or where you are in the world. It’s short, effective, and flexible — workout from your home, a hotel room, or the beach — no equipment is needed. I’ve included a lot of multi-joint exercises to keep things fun while progressively challenging your muscles throughout the entire body. We’ll be working out 4 days a week, for 30 minutes or less, keeping the intensity high with circuit style workouts for maximum results in minimal time. I’ve also included a warm up and a cool down in every workout, helping to prep your joints, increase blood flow and prevent injury, so you can give it your all, and be happy with the results. At the end of the plan, not only will you look leaner and stronger, but you’ll be able to perform better at anything you do, setting your foundation for a great life.
