Alright guys, it’s time for the main event. Today is the last workout of the week and we’re training our arms. Form is the most important thing here, if the weight you’re using is causing you to perform the exercise improperly, feel free to drop the weight. After today we have 2 full rest days. Give your body some time to recover, but make sure you’re staying active. Great work so far, I’ll see you back here for week 2!
