Get ready to burn some serious fat and take your body to the next level with my plan! As an athletic competitor, I have spent years building lean muscle, testing various way of burning fat, and losing weight. My Fitplan is designed with my most effective and result driven methods so you, too, can reveal your best body. I haven't ever been the type to spend my time in the gym lifting extremely heavy weights. In fact, my training style is quite the opposite. In my Fitplan, you will be using light to moderate weight and sometimes just your own body weight for exercises. In order to burn fat, we need to keep your heart rate up – which means you can expect a lot of supersets and sometimes tri-sets (back to back exercises with no rest). Plyometric training has also played a big role in my fitness success, so be prepared to jump, skip, slide, and leap through this program. Over the next 60 days, you will be working out 5 days a week with rest days in between. Each workout will take you approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. The gym is a place where you can focus on yourself, your mindset, and your goals. So get familiar with your gym and let's get started!
