Physical and mental health go hand in hand. I don’t work out just to look good on the outside, it connects fully to what I feel on the inside. When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you are powerful. My Fitplan is focused on creating that lean body lifestyle that has you feeling your happiest and healthiest, with a sexy side in all the right areas. Over the next 8 weeks we’ll be working out 5 days a week for 25 minutes each workout. My plan is designed for high intensity and minimal equipment, so you can get the results you want by working out from home! We’ll be moving through four distinct phases that make sure you never stop progressing. If you want to build a healthy, lean and strong body without feeling bulky, this plan is perfect for you. Sami Clarke is a Colombian-born, LA-based model and health, wellness and fitness coach who is dedicated to guiding people toward their best selves.
