Welcome to my 21 Day Challenge! For this Fitplan, you’re going to follow along with me as I guide you through EVERY single workout, step by step. I know how hard it can be to get to the gym and that’s why I’ve designed this plan to be done entirely in your home! All you will need is a pair of dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a chair. We’ll be incorporating HIIT style circuit training for efficient, fat burning workouts that will get in the results you want in no time at all. You’re going to get a great, full body workout every day, with one rest day each week. Abs, arms, legs, booty…we’ll be working it all!
