Looking to take your fitness and physique to the next level, but stuck at home? This is a quick and effective workout routine designed to give you the best possible results in a limited amount of time, all from the comfort of your home! Whether you can't get to the gym or don't want to, or simply need to work out on the go or in any situation where you won't have access to a fitness facility, my 30-day At Home in the Zone Fitplan is designed to make the most out of minimal equipment and limited time so that you can see the results you are after: serious strength and aesthetic muscle. My plan involves four types of workouts per week, with one chest day, one upper body, one leg day, and one full body workout per week. Workouts are 30 minutes each and entail a combination of progressively more challenging moves using both body weight and free weights. We will be doing a range of fun and challenging moves to work on all muscle groups in your body. As long as you have some dumbbells kicking around the house, you are all set! It can sometimes be hard to stay in the zone when working out from home, but just as in the gym, commitment is absolutely key to getting solid results. So state your goals clearly to yourself, make the commitment to stick to my plan, and let's get to work! If you give it your full effort, I can guarantee you amazing results even within just one month! Because when you train hard and train smart, your body WILL respond! Come on, let's do this!
