Last one of the week, and you know it's going to be a killer! We are working those legs and booty first, and then we have three rounds of core work. Try to really visualize your inner core on these ones, activating those abs to initiate movement without any jerking or twerking of the back. And as you head into your two days of rest, just remember that we need to condition our core both from without and within, so eat right!
