We're back at it today with another great upper body routine. Let's put all of our positive energy into this one and really focus on perfect form with complete range of motion. We're starting with the band today to get everything loosened up and ready for work. We're dropping a couple reps off of each side on the triceps kickbacks and biceps curls, so this is your chance for an extra challenge in terms of your selected weights. Go out there and dominate!
