Fantastic job on Week 1! We are right back at it for another awesome week of sweat and gains. Today's workout is similar to last week's Day 1, but I am switching things up a bit to keep you on your toes. We are doing our dumbbell press with palms in which takes strain off the shoulders, so see if you can lift a bit heavier or extend your range a bit. We are also doing a combo raise, going from lateral to front, to really work those delts from all angles. Let's do this!
