In this last workout of the week, as usual, we are focusing on your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core, and I want you to work it like never before. Then you can take advantage of the two rest days coming up, or if you're feeling energized, feel free to do some light cardio to keep yourself on a roll. Let's hit it!
