OK, it's time to work that lower body like it's nobody's business. Once again, we are mixing it up a bit to keep you challenged and having fun. We are starting off with stationary lunges, which look simple, but I want you to really focus on form, with no side to side movement. And to finish we are going to really blast those calves with dumbbell calf raises - just be careful to avoid jerking and to stabilize those weights so they don't fall!
