Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Resistance Band Stuck at home and unable to get to the gym, but eager to maintain or improve your strength and physique? I know just how you feel! That is why I made this Fitplan especially for you. I know it can be tough to work out without the energizing vibe of the gym or the encouragement of seeing others working out around you. But that is exactly why I will be with you every step of the way! I have designed this six-week plan with four workouts a week, two each for upper and lower body. My routines are carefully thought out to get the maximum benefit even without access to a full range of equipment. All you need are a few dumbbells and bands, and most of all a positive mindset. If you stick with me, I guarantee you will shed fat, build muscle, and boost your confidence and energy levels like nobody's business! My goal is to share the wisdom of my professional training and experience so you can be your best you! We will be doing 30 minute workouts that combine bodyweight, weighted, and banded exercises to develop a strong, well-proportioned physique. In the process, as long as you stay committed, you will be equally developing your inner strength and determination. So envision your goals, see the version of you that you want to be, and I will make sure you get there! All I ask of you is real commitment to your goals and a whole lot of positive energy. I assure you the results you achieve will be well worth it! Now let's get to work!
