This is the perfect 8-week progression plan for anyone looking to step up their fitness game after completing my Cerny Fit home-based Fitplan. Or, if you are ready to dive into my new one, let’s go! This gym-based plan is beginner to intermediate, some workouts can be done at home to add some flexibility to your schedule. We will be working out for 4 days per week with added cardio in the last half of this plan. I love having a lean and toned look to feel stronger and more confident and my favorite style of training to do is high intensity interval training (HIIT). That’s why with the help of celebrity trainers and Fitplan, I have created this program as a HIIT style training program with supersets and circuits. Let’s do this!
