Ariana James

Ariana James is a Venezuelan bikini and fitness model. She has managed to rise to the top of the fitness world despite battling hypothyroidism her entire life. Ariana was not always the admired fitness expert she is today. In college, she was very inactive due to her condition and gained weight. She made a choice to begin working out and has never looked back. Her battle with hypothyroidism still continues, but she has overcome many of her symptoms by shifting her lifestyle. She attributes her success in fitness and business to hard work and consistency, not raw talent. Her journey she has inspired thousands to face their challenges head-on and take control of their lives through fitness.
