I know how scary it can be to start your Fitness Journey. There is SO much information out there. With that in mind I have designed my Fitplan to take out all the guessing. All you will need is THIS Fitplan to start building healthy habits. We will be working out where you are comfy, at home, with minimal equipment. While most of the moves in this plan use just your own body weight, I’ve also included a few exercises with dumbbells and bands for a little extra challenge! We’ll be working out together for 5 short and effective workouts per week, with a few rest days in between. Just bring your energy and intensity, and be consistent throughout these 5 weeks and you’ll get the results you desire! This is a great plan to get you started without needing to go to the gym. Lets get started!

Nochtli Peralta Alvarez

Nochtli Mayra Peralta Alvarez is a certified personal trainer, model, and former police officer. She is half Dutch, half Mexican and has a passion for travelling the globe while being healthy and happy. Don’t let her stunning looks and alluring green eyes deceive you; she is more than just a pretty face. In 2010, when she was just 17, Nochtli enrolled in the Dutch national police force. Responding to emergency calls and helping others, molded her into the woman she is today. This has been a period in her life she is very proud of and she will never forget. She retired from the police force at the age of 22 to pursue a career in becoming an online creator. She involves her audience in her healthy lifestyle, fitness journey and personal life, along with a subtle hint of goofiness and down to earth positive messaging.
