When I first started going to the gym, I had a small, narrow frame and a flat booty. I've built my ideal physique through research, trial and error, and a lot of hard work! Over the next 12 weeks I’ll guide you through everything I’ve learned to get you the hourglass figure you want. We'll build your booty and hips, and tone your waist to create a v-taper. We'll hit the gym 5 days a week for 45 to 75 minutes a session. Some days will include cardio, so make sure to check the workout time in advance so you can plan your schedule.
