My 90 Day Challenge Pro plan is all about incorporating new exercises that target very specific areas to help tone and sculpt your body. But we're not just stopping there! I've also added intense cardio within your last 4 weeks that will help you burn off the unwanted fat and really allow those muscles you've built to shine through. Made for those at an intermediate to advanced level, our main goal is to build muscle while blasting fat at the same time by getting in 5 workout days a week with two rest days to help your muscles rebuild. By now you'll know just what proper form looks like so you can focus on challenging yourself and becoming a better version of you. I'm so excited for this next step in your training!
