My Beginner Challenge gives you the exact guidance you'll need to get started in the gym. Your commitment to becoming the best version of yourself is everything. For one hour a day we will work though 3 days of training with 4 days of total rest. Throughout my Fitplan we will target your total body, splitting muscle groups on each workout day. Along the way we build healthy habits through consistent training. I will demonstrate proper form and techniques, teaching you how to workout so you can build confidence in the gym.
