Did you write your goals today? Before you get to work, try to jot down your goals for today, this week, and even this month or the entire year. Then starting tonight before you go to bed, check in with your list from time to time to see if you are on track. If you are meeting your goals, fantastic! If not, try to think how you can exchange leftover bad habits for new, better ones, whether it's an apple instead of a bag of chips or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
