Closing out Week 2 with style! Pure body-weight today, and hopefully by now I've convinced you that that doesn't mean an easy workout. On the contrary, the great thing about these moves is that you are working with your own weight, so your resistance is perfectly proportional to your size. Most of the exercises we'll be doing today are making their first appearance in our Challenge, so, as always, make sure to watch the videos a few times so you are confident about the technique.
