I hope you are psyched for an intense day of full body strength. As we increase the intensity and complexity of the moves we are doing, try to focus your energy on your own personal growth. It's easy to sometimes get sucked in to comparing ourselves with others and their bodies, but remember that here, you are competing against yourself. If you feel stronger today than you did a week ago, that's all that counts. Just keep working toward your goals, and together we will get you there!
