Alright, Week 2, here we come! As we progress into our second week of work together, I want to check in with you on your lifestyle choices apart from our workouts. Remember your goals in accepting my challenge to transform yourself into a healthier, better you. I want you to take that into all areas of your life, from what you eat to the hours of sleep you give your body and mind, to even how much you are hydrating. Remember that this is a holistic effort, so let's make all the positive changes we can!
