One way to keep your motivation level high is to keep things interesting and challenging, which is what we are doing by introducing new moves as we grow and progress. But we all know sometimes our energy levels drop or we start doubting our results or abilities. So I want you to do a little mental exercise with me before we get to work today. Eliminate all negative energy. Before you start our routine, try to let go of any and all thoughts except the positive ones! You are a star, now shine!
