To get you pumped, we are starting things off with some full body Tabata supersets. This type of workout is where we work at 100% intensity for a spurt and then rest half the time we worked. Today, I want you to give me all you've got during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds, then go right into the next round. Remember that we are here to challenge ourselves to be the best we can, so meet the challenge with your best foot forward!
