Having a strong core not only helps to develop your ab muscle but provides you with a base for getting through your workouts with proper form. We will finish the day with an uphill treadmill jog to help your body get stronger and keep your heart healthy! Remember that continuing to work hard through this week is the push your body needs to earn results. Rest 30 seconds between sets.
