You've already made it to day 5 of my 21 Day Challenge. Way to go! Our goal today is to work your entire upper body. Biceps, shoulders, upper abs, obliques and triceps. We'll be performing four sets of each exercise with only 30 seconds rest between sets. To finish our workout, head on over to the stairmaster and let's blast away some fat! Performing cardio exercises in combination with weight training helps in achieving a toned body.
