Today think "Sexy Legs" and imagine yourself completely confident in your bikini or dress. We're targeting your glutes with one of my favorite crossbody barbell ninja combos. I've also included the "Sumo Starter" to target your hamstrings and quads. Rest only 30 seconds between sets to keep your heartrate elevated. We'll finish off with treadmill sprints to put those legs to work!
