You’ll need a cable machine for this one. We will be working through three moves that target your glute muscles like the cable straight deadlift to squat, cable side lunge, and cable leg extensions to work that booty. 3 moves is all you need to feel the burn if you have proper form and work yourself. Remember to get a proper stretch in after like the pigeon, which lengthens the spine and stretches your hips, thighs and glutes. Let’s work!
