Week 3 is here and it's time to turn up the heat! We've got another busy day ahead of us so get in that hard-working mindset and let's get it going! We'll be doing some benching, some fly, some calf raises, ab work, and more. There are some dropsets for you today so you can leave with that nice pump we want. Don't forget to rest 60-90 seconds between sets. Focus, challenge yourself, and finish strong!
