It's all about the arms today, but we'll also be upping the intensity to get your abs working hard and then finishing with some cardio to get shredded. Today is full of dropsets, so focus on your form and use that mind to muscle connection to make the most out of each exercise. Don't forget to rest for 60-90 seconds between sets.
