We've got a full day of work to do today. We'll be targeting your arms, abs, and even getting some steady rate cardio in. Maintain your form with all of your exercises in order to work the right muscles. We want to see that pump at the end of the day, so really challenge yourself with the weights. Don't forget to rest 60-90 seconds between sets. You just crushed week 2! Get some rest in and I'll see you back for week 3!
