Before we get this day going, you'll be doing some fasted cardio right after you wake up. Make sure to drink your BCAA's beforehand and hop on that treadmill for 30-60 minutes on 3.2-3.5mph, incline set at 6 or 10. Then get ready to work those shoulders and calves. Use a challenging weight and really push yourself during those dropsets so we can see real growth! Don't forget to rest 60-90 seconds between sets.
